Epidural morphine non-inferiority study

This is the full supplementary package for the trial "Efficacy of two doses of epidural morphine for post-cesarean delivery analgesia: a randomized non-inferiority trial" published in Anesthesia & Analgesia. All data and statistical code is included, allowing the user to fully replicate all of the analyses in the trial. See instructions.txt for all information.
