The files report a TnBarSeq screen for bacterial traits required for full colonization of the shoots or roots of two distantly related plant host species: <i>Arabidopsis thaliana </i>Col-0 and <i>Brachypodium distacyon </i>BD21.The metadata file describes the samples.<br>The bacteria-specific files report, for each gene, the weighted average log2 ratio between the abundance of mutant in the gene at the sample vs. a control.
