Metatranscriptomic sequencing data of rhizosphere and bulk microbes in rice paddy

These soil samples were collected from paddy soil with high contamination of arsenic and antimony, as well as background Hg contents in Giuzhou province in China. Pot experiment in greenhouse was conducted to investigate the function expression of microbial genes in the rhizosphere soil of different rice cultivars, as well as that of bulk soil.
