Characterisation of the CU-PC01 mCRPC PDX model genomic landscape

Whole exome sequencing was performed by Novogene for the CU-PC01 metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer patient biopsy (right iliac lymph node) and CU-PC01 PDX subcutaneous tumours propagated from the patient biopsy in both NSG mice (passage 1 and passage 5) and athymic nude mice (passage 7) to determine if the CU-PC01 PDX tumors genocopy the donor patient tumor with high concordance.
