We found 101 differentially expressed genes between control and thioridazine samples at NF stage 45 and 135 at NF stage 47. We utilized whole-head tissue samples from thioridazine tadpoles with malformed craniofacial features and compared them to wild-type controls, at NF stage 45 and 47.
