To assess the molecular changes associated with aging in different tissues of mice using cDNA microarrays to examine the transcriptomes of young, middle aged and old mice. Mice of both genders were examined in relation to the effects of age in multiple tissues. Keywords: age- and gender comparison. Up to 40 mice were compared according to age and gender.
