Fecal metagenomic sequencing of 12-week offspring

This study investigates the impact of perinatal amoxicillin exposure on the gut microbiota of 4-week-old offspring in mice. Fecal samples were collected and analyzed using metagenomic sequencing to assess changes in microbial diversity and composition.
