资源简介:
This dataset contains a complete, time-resolved analysis of SARS-CoV-2 spike–protein haplotypes associated probably with pemivibart (VYD2311) escape, generated from a large collection of mutation-level TSV tables. All haplotypes were reconstructed computationally and merged into a unified metadata table, followed by year-wise quantification of haplotype behavior, diversity, and mutational complexity from our earlier analysis (https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.30720401.v1).The project includes:1. Haplotype reconstructionCombination of all mutations per sequence into a unique haplotype stringExtraction of Year, Country, Sequence ID, and mutation countGeneration of a global haplotype table2. Year-wise frequency analysisAnnual frequencies of all haplotypesIdentification of dominant immune-escape haplotypesEmergence ordering across 2023–20253. Shannon entropy (haplotype diversity)Year-by-year computation of Shannon entropyQuantification of genetic diversity expansion within the escape ecosystem4. Mutational complexity growthAverage, median, and maximum number of spike mutations per haplotypeTrend analysis across three years to assess complexity expansion5. Compressed computational outputsAll final outputs (frequency table, entropy table, complexity table) are provided as Zstandard-compressed CSV files for efficient download and reuse. This dataset supports research on antiviral escape dynamics, immune-evasion evolution, and comparative trajectory forecasting of SARS-CoV-2 spike variant clusters. All files are being provided to generate all these outputs for reproducibility.Related study & files are available at: https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.30720401.v1All files & data is free to use with or without attribution under License "CC0"Comments/ Queries Welcomed!Study by: TahirHB@Hotmail.Com
