Xenium data from 11 dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) tissue sections

This dataset is comprised of data from 4 Xenium slides, including 11 tissue sections collected from 8 unique donors. Data was processed using Xenium Ranger with no expansion (nuclear segmentation only), and the resulting outputs are shared here in compressed (tarball) format.

Each file contains the Xenium Ranger output from a single tissue section. File names are formatted as SLIDE_REGION_DONOR, such that samples imaged on the same slide will have the same SLIDE value, REGION denotes the physical location within each Xenium slide, and DONOR is an identifier of the donor from which each tissue section was obtained.

This data was collected using a 366-gene panel, comprised of the Xenium Human Brain panel (266 target genes) and an additional custom panel aimed at identifying immune subtypes (100 target genes).
