The data for the paper entitled "Spherical nanoparticle lattices by directed self-assembly"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the raw cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) data, cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET) tilt series, non-averaged individual-particle electron tomography (IPET) reconstructions, centroid-based structural models, reconstruction validation results, and supplementary videos supporting the manuscript: "Spherical nanoparticle lattices by directed self-assembly" The dataset includes: Raw cryo-EM micrographs. Cryo-ET tilt series of individual polymer–quantum dot colloids. Final three-dimensional (3D) density maps reconstructed using IPET. The reconstructed datasets comprise 17 individual polymer–quantum dot colloids and were used to quantify nanoparticle packing geometry, nearest-neighbor coordination, interparticle spacing, defect structures, and spherical lattice organization. These data support the conclusions of the associated publication regarding ligand exchange-driven self-assembly of highly ordered spherical nanoparticle superlattices.
