Aiming at saving resources, increasing benefits, reducing pollution, and realizing the coordinated development of corporate economic, social and environmental benefits, it takes resource utilization and environmental protection as the core, comprehensively considers other important influencing factors of enterprises' low-carbon development and the availability of internal enterprise data, and covers both qualitative and quantitative indicators.
