GDNF drives rapid tubule morphogenesis in novel 3D in vitro model for ADPKD [GDNF RNAseq]

We report a significant change in epithelial differentiation pathways and principal cell specific transcription factors in tubuloids with a GDNF pulse, when compared to control tubuloid cultures. Overall design: RNA-sequencing for GDNF pulsed (n=4) and control (n=4) tubuloids was generated by Illumina sequencing and analyzed for Expression Count (Star) and Differential Expression (DESeq2) analyses on BasePair.
