资源简介:
Yak (Bos grunniens) is internationally acknowledged as a supernormal species of domestic animals due to their unique physiological characteristics. Their surreal condition is significantly poor with low temperature, high altitude and insufficient supplementation. Met is a crucial sulfur-containing amino acid in the animal body that is essential for enhancing animal production performance and feed protein utilization. Dietary amino acid supplementation may affect rumen microbial flora and function to some extent. Rumen which contains a variety of microflora is an avital digestive organ of ruminants. Metagenomics sequencing focuses on the species composition in environmental materials, identifies microorganisms to the species or even strain level, and reflects the functional makeup, metabolic pathways, and other data of the microorganisms. Therefore, we added methionine analogues to yak diet to investigate its role in the metagenome of yak rumen microorganisms, and finally found a healthy and efficient feeding method.
