<b>Final Matrix.phy; </b><b>Evolution of South Asian Mountain biota: dispersal, fine-scale biogeography, phylogenetics and systematics of Nannenini jumping spiders</b>

The assembled matrix of the concatenated mitochondrial and nuclear markers of 43 taxa (22 ingroups, 21 outgroups). Concatenated alignment comprised 1-748 bp for <i>CO1</i>, from 749-1938 bp for <i>28S</i>, from 1939-2299 <i>H3</i> and from 2300-3863 <i>18S</i>. The total length of the final matrix was 3863<b> </b>bp. It is in phylip format
