scRNA-seq and simulation data for "Multicellular Force Coordination Constructs Microchannel Networks for Barrier-Free Metastasis across Extracellular Matrix"

This record contains the processed single-cell RNA-seq data and the simulation files that support the study “Multicellular Force Coordination Constructs Microchannel Networks for Barrier-Free Metastasis across Extracellular Matrix.” The scRNA-seq data are provided in 10x Genomics sparse-matrix format and correspond to two time points (D3 and D7) of breast-cancer cell cultures embedded in 3D collagen. Each archive contains the standard files matrix.mtx.gz, barcodes.tsv.gz, and features.tsv.gz.The simulation_model archive includes MATLAB scripts and parameter files used to reproduce the modeling analyses described in the manuscript.
