A multimodal dataset and predictive model for the treatment of uterine fibroids with focused ultrasound alation surgery

This dataset contains multimodal data from 308 patients with uterine fibroids treated with Focused Ultrasound Ablation Surgery (FUAS). It includes: 1) Structured clinical records (age, BMI, symptom scores); 2) Pre-treatment MRI images (T2WI and CE sequences, total n=19,820 frames in JPEG format); 3) Treatment parameters (sonication time, power, EEF); 4) Outcome measures (immediate and 1-day post-treatment NPVR calculations). Additionally, the repository provides the complete codebase (Python scripts) for the multimodal predictive model described in the associated study, enabling full reproducibility of the model development, training, and validation processes. The data is structured to facilitate the development and validation of predictive models for treatment difficulty and FUAS recommendation.
