This is the raw and weighted data analysed in the manuscript for snapper.

In each species’ table, PersonID is a unique identifier given to each angler in a surveyed household; HouseholdID is a unique identifier given to each household sampled for the survey; AppendixName refers to the common name of the species caught; NKept is the raw number of fish of the species in question kept by a person during the 2013/14 period; NReleased is the raw number of fish of the species in question released by a person during the 2013/14 period; Season is the season during which the person kept/released the stated number of fish; RegionName is the fishing zone in which the person kept/released the stated number of fish; NTotal is NKept + NReleased; CalibratedP2_Weight is the final weight calculated for a person following the application of a sampling weight and response propensity and calibration adjustments; NKept_Weighted is NKept * CalibratedP2_Weight which gives the expanded estimate of kept catch for the whole population represented by a person; NReleased_Weighted is NReleased * CalibratedP2_Weight which gives the expanded estimate of released catch for the whole population represented by a person; and, NTotal_Weighted is NTotal * CalibratedP2_Weight which gives the expanded estimate of total catch for the whole population represented by a person.
