ANALYSIS OF THE EXISTING MECHANISM FOR REPORTING CORRUPTION-RELATED VIOLATIONS IN UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the existing mechanism for reporting corruption-related offenses in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study examines the legal framework established by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Combating Corruption” (2017), the institutional activities of the Anti-Corruption Agency, hotlines, anonymous reporting systems, online platforms, and the whistleblower protection system. Based on a comparative analysis with foreign experience, the effectiveness of the corruption reporting mechanism in the country has been assessed, existing problems have been identified, and scientific-practical proposals for their resolution have been developed.
