金域医学呼吸道病原微生物靶向测序数据源于金域医学自研的呼吸道感染病原体二代靶向测序（targeted next-generation sequencing, tNGS）技术产生的医学检验数据，覆盖了400+种常见呼吸道病原体。数据经过清洗、标准化等操作形成数据库表，数据字段包含了标本相关信息变量、送检机构信息变量、送检时间变量、临床诊断变量、检出病原体结果变量、标本类型变量。 数据集时间覆盖范围为2020年8月至2024年11月，数据规模达到249.3万例，数据量达到7.6G，更新频率为日更新（T+3）。

The KingMed Medical Respiratory Pathogen Targeted Sequencing Dataset is derived from clinical laboratory data generated by KingMed's independently developed targeted next-generation sequencing (tNGS) technology for respiratory tract infection pathogens, covering over 400 common respiratory pathogens. The data has been processed through operations including data cleaning and standardization, and organized into database tables. The data fields include specimen-related information variables, submitting institution information variables, submission time variables, clinical diagnosis variables, detected pathogen result variables, and specimen type variables. The dataset covers the period from August 2020 to November 2024, with a sample size of 2.493 million cases, a total data volume of 7.6 GB, and is updated daily on a T+3 basis.
