Locus-specific differential expression of Human Satellite sequences in the nuclei of cancer cells and heat-shocked cells

This study contains RNA sequencing data from nuclear and total RNA derived from cell lines expressing pericentric satellite RNA. The goals of the study are to generate a dataset of expressed pericentric satellite sequences that are expressed in cancer cells and in heat shock conditions.
