Supplementary data 1 – Aspergillus fumigatus raw data (Alphafold3, metapredict, InterProScan, Foldseek, fasta, gff, and summary of structural changes) Afum_structural_changes.csv - a list of all proteins with their new and old identifiers. Also includes ‘random_id’ which is used to identify new models in the fasta, gff, interproscan and metapredict results. Afum-Af293_old.tar.gz, and Afum-Af293_new.tar.gz - zip files of raw Alphafold3 results for new and old models. Ensure you have at least 100Gb of free space per tar.gz file before uncompressing. afum-af293-foldseek-pdb-results.tar.gz - raw foldseek results for both new and old models. Foldseek was run with the PDB database.
