RNA-seq data of the prefrontal cortex from the PPARa agonist fenofibrate- and vehicle- administered mice

To identify the genes regulated by the nuclear receptor Ppara in the prefrontal cortex of the brain, gene expression profiles were compared between the PPARa-selective agonist fenofibrate- and vehicle- administered mice using RNA-seq methodology.
