Transcriptional changes associated with Myrf deletion in mouse ES cells.

We investigated gene expression in wild type (WT), Myrf +/- (HET), and null (-/-) ES cells isolated from embryos. Total RNA was collected from ES cells using Trizol (Invitrogen) lysis buffer and subsequent chloroform and isopropanol isolation following manufactures instructions. RNA isolation was followed by DNaseI digestion. RNA was submitted for ribo-depleted total RNA-seq in three replicates each.
