This dataset includes data from 20 subjects with newly diagnosed primary glioblastoma, who underwent surgery and standard concomitant chemoradiotherapy (CRT) followed by adjuvant chemotherapy. Each patient underwent two MRI scans: one within 90 days following the completion of CRT, and the other at the time of disease progression, which was clinically confirmed based on a combination of clinical manifestations and/or imaging findings, with adjustments made according to changes in treatment or intervention.
