Take-up of office estate real properties in Ile-de France markets 2020-2024

The take-up of office real estate properties in Ile-de-France increased slightly in the second quarter of 2023. The western part of Central Paris had the highest volume of office space transacted, amounting to 153,300 of the total 421 square meters of take-up in the whole Ile-de-France region. The highest take-up was witnessed in the fourth quarter of 2021, when 679,400 square meters of office real estate was sold or rented to occupants.
