The COMPASS subunit Bre2 targets CRF Arp9 to regulate the bio-synthesis of secondary metabolite AFB1 and virulence in Aspergillus flavus

In this study, To determine the chromatin distribution pattern of Bre2-regulated H3K4me3 at the genome-wide level, we used the BRE2 knockout strain constructed in this study as a control; Chip-sequencing (ChIP-seq) experiments were performed in WT strains using an antibody to H3K4me3 to search for target genes regulated by BRE2 through H3K4me3 by bioinformatics analysis to elucidate Bre2 regulates the growth, toxin production and pathogenesis of Aspergillus flavus. Overall design: To reveal the potential complex regulatory network of the Bre2, ChIP-seq analysis was carried out on the WT and ?Bre2 strains with H3K4me3 Antibody .
