Metagenome_Broilers_Astaxanthin

Our research encompasses the study of poultry microbiomes manipulated for the purposes of developing and promoting microbial community and host interactions with an emphasis on improving our understanding of the functional analysis of enzyme production based on the environmental effects of heat-induced oxidative stress and the use of astaxanthin as an antioxidant. This research aims to establish possible cause and effect relationships between the host, microbiome, and environment, including a mitigation strategy from the adverse environmental temperature conditions.
