既往研究提供了与世界各地举办的大型体育赛事相关的传染病流行特征、风险因素和预防措施的丰富的经验和证据。然而,这些证据非常零散,没有系统总结大型体育赛事传染病预防和控制的研究。本分析报告的目的是对关于大型体育赛事中传染病流行特征、风险因素、预防措施和传染病监测范式的现有证据进行概述和总结,为新冠肺炎疫情背景下北京冬奥会的传染病疫情防控提供参考。本报告的文献综述程序遵循Arksey和O’malley的五步方法框架,提取赛事特征(类型、日期、举办地点)、传染病特征(类型、流行病学、危险因素)、预防措施、传染病监测范式等各项研究的重要成果。通过数据库初步检索,得到了27203篇文献。 在去除重复文献和纳排标准的筛选之后,共纳入240项研究。

Previous studies have provided abundant empirical experiences and evidence regarding the epidemic characteristics, risk factors, and prevention measures of infectious diseases associated with large-scale sporting events held worldwide. However, this evidence is highly fragmented, and no systematic reviews have been conducted to summarize research on infectious disease prevention and control for large-scale sporting events. The purpose of this analytical report is to overview and synthesize existing evidence on the epidemic characteristics, risk factors, prevention measures, and infectious disease surveillance paradigms of infectious diseases in large-scale sporting events, so as to provide references for infectious disease prevention and control during the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The literature review protocol of this report follows the five-step methodological framework proposed by Arksey and O’Malley, extracting key findings from relevant studies including event characteristics (type, date, venue), infectious disease characteristics (type, epidemiology, risk factors), prevention measures, and infectious disease surveillance paradigms. Initial database searches retrieved 27,203 articles. After removing duplicate publications and screening against inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 240 studies were finally included.
