<p>The dataset contains experimental raw and processed data that was used to prepare the following article:</p><p>M. Nowagiel, O. Lafon, T. Płociński, J. Trébosc, J. Turczyński, W. Pietrzak: Towards a deeper insight into the stabilisation mechanism of δ-Bi2O3-like phase to low temperature by confinement of nanograins in glassy matrix. Ceramics International 52(8) (2026), 10077–10086. DOI: 10.1016/j.ceramint.2026.01.182</p><p>The data include XRD patterns of the samples under study (Bi2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 system glasses and glass-ceramics), HT-XRD in situ diffraction patterns in temperature range between room temperature and 800 °C (Cu Kα radiation). MAS NMR data for 29Si and 27Al nuclei are given for all samples under study. TEM images and EDS analysis of the glass-ceramic samples, STEM image and EELS scan data for the BAS-30-630 sample are stored. For experimental details, please refer to the full article.</p>
