Whole genomes sequences of E. coli isolates from aquatic environments of Argentina

The goal is to evaluate the genetic characteristics of antibiotic-resistant fecal contamination indicator bacteria in different marine and continental wetlands of Argentina, with the purpose of generating relevant information for environmental and health surveillance, as well as for the design of monitoring strategies aimed at the prevention of risks to human and ecosystem health.
