Bacteria in domestic water-storage containers with or without mosquito larvae. Indian water samples

In this study, bacteria in domestic water-storage containers in an Indian village were analysed. Bacteria were identified by 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing and identified bacteria were correlated to the presence of vector mosquitoes.
