Interleukin-27 (IL-27) can inhibit HIV and other viruses replication. To provide better insight of IL-27 antiviral function in monocyte-derived immature DCs (iDCs) and to detect cellular miRNAs that might be involved in this function, we performed miRNA-specific deep sequencing in iDCs and IL-27-treated immature DCs (27DCs) to identify differentially expressed known miRNAs and discover novel miRNAs.
