We present a geometric realization of multiverse physics within TwistorEntropic-Born-Infeld-Kaluza-Klein β-gravity. The model predicts: (1) superposition of spacetime geometries emerging from CP1 network topology, (2) entropically-driven phase transitions between geometric sectors, and (3) observable signatures in black hole area spectra and CMB correlations. This provides a testable alternative to traditional many-worlds interpretation while maintaining unitarity.
