NOTE
The item order in _coevo_patches.txt is: proj type prod_sha1 test_sha1 prod_path test_path.
The excel data is sorted in "natural sorting" algorithm, the default sorting algorithm in Windows file explorer.
It is recommended to use VS Code to browse the patch files.
