NEMESISdb: A pathobiome 16S rRNA database

The dataset includes unique species of pathogenic bacteria with full-length 16S rRNA gene sequences, that poses threats to crustacean, fishes and human. The data was constructed in fasta format and contained multiple information such as: accession numbers, sequences, sequence’s length, taxonomic detail of the pathogenic bacteria. After matching the dataset with user’s data, result can offer deeper detail as: ASV id, coverage percentage, mismatch, start-end position. The taxonomy of pathogenic bacteria was also cross checked between SILVA (v138.2) database and the NCBI taxonomy database for consistency. The taxonomy includes accession number, kingdom, phylum, class, order, family, genus, species and supplemental information of type species and strains.
