"Personal Protective Equipment Dataset in an Industrial Cheese Production Environment (Hairnets, Masks and Gloves)"

"This dataset contains images of personal protective equipment (PPE) used in industrial cheese production environments. The dataset focuses on three critical food safety protection elements commonly required in dairy processing facilities: hairnets, face masks, and gloves.The images were collected in real operational conditions inside cheese production plants and include workers performing typical production activities. The dataset reflects real-world industrial environments including variations in illumination, worker posture, camera viewpoints, partial occlusions, and the presence of processing machinery.The purpose of this dataset is to support research in computer vision and machine learning methods for automated monitoring of food safety compliance in industrial environments.
