资源简介:

The repository is part of the supplementary material of paper under review: "A novel Bayesian Near-Surface Geophysics Approach to Constrain Material Porosity and Moisture and Implications for Critical Zone Structure in Central Puerto Rico" by Huang et al. This manuscript is submitted to Journal of Geophysical Research: Earth Surface and is currently under review. This is a software package of "Transdimensional Hierarchical Bayesian (THB) framework with reversible-jump Markov Chain Monte Carlo (rjMCMC) code for a joint seismic refraction and electrical resistivity inversion". The dataset collected in this package was collected in central Puerto Rico in 2021. This package includes 3 seismic and 2 electrical resistivity survey lines in Utuado, Puerto Rico. To run the code, the users need to first install parallel computing toolbox (https://www.mathworks.com/products/parallel-computing.html), the fast marching toolbox (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/6110-toolbox-fast-marching), and the gptoolbox (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/49692-gptoolbox) in Matlab. This code also uses the crameri scientific colormaps for color scheme (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/68546-crameri-perceptually-uniform-scientific-colormaps). Users can test this inversion code by running either "run_CampoRojo.m" or "run_CasaBoxer.m". In the "data" folder, all of the seismic data (i.e. picking of first P-wave arrivals) are stored as in the Matlab (*.mat) format. All of the electrical resistivity data are stored as ascii (*.txt) format, and the data format is A, B, M, N, injection (unit: mA), differential potential (unit: mV). A and B are the node number of the injection pair, and M and N are the receiver pair. The surface topography is stored as (elevation_*.txt).
