资源简介:

The Mormon Metalmark Butterfly (Apodemia mormo) is butterfly in the family Nymphalidae that occurs in colonies throughout much of southwestern North America, from southern British Columbia, Canada to northern Baja California, Mexico. The federally listed subspecies A. m. langei occurs exclusively in the Antioch Dunes National Wildlife Refuge, California, and is among the most imperilled butterflies in the world. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, Dovetail's OmniC libraries, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core.
