Teaching Hospitals Study, 1959-1960

This study combined information from mail questionnaires returned by a sample of teaching hospitals in the United States and Canada during 1959-1960 and data on these hospitals from published reference sources. The variables deal with the environmental setting of the hospitals, their administrative structure and size, the diffusion of innovation, and the stratification within these organizations.
