The data represents the microbial community profile in anaerobic bioreactors. In the current project, we aimed to produce one dominant type of volatile fatty acids (VFA) production and to investigate the bacterial community structure. Furthermore, VFA can be used for polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) production. Therefore, the data includes the bacterial community profile of PHA production as well.
