For each sequence we reported: the protein and transcript IDs (JGI), the number of paired mapped reads and FPKM from RNA-seq data-sets (SRR3285893–SRR3285895: 2 day germinating spores; SRR3285917–SRR3285919: symbiotic tissues; Chen et al. 2018) taking into account, the nucleotide length of transcript and the amino-acid length of protein.
