Annotated single-cell RNA-seq data used in the ACCIQ study

This dataset contains the processed and annotated Seurat object used for the single-cell RNA-sequencing analyses in the ACCIQ study, derived from GEO datasets GSE224327 and GSE208653. The object includes 12 samples: PT1–PT6 from GSE224327, and N_HPV_NEG_1, N_HPV_NEG_2, N_1, N_2, SCC_4 and SCC_5 from GSE208653. Sample identifiers are stored in the Sample_ID metadata column. The file ACCIQ_scRNA_annotated.rds can be loaded in R using readRDS(). The original GEO datasets and their associated publications should be cited when reusing these data.
