Fusarium oxysporum sequencing of chromosome loss mutants

Short read sequencing of seven Fusarium oxysporum mutants (strain II5) that lost chromosome 12. Strains were treated with benomyl to induce the loss of accessory chromosome 12. Strains that lost chromosome 12 were sequenced to validate the loss of the chromosome, and to analyse other mutations. The strains without chromosome 12 were tested for pathogenicity on banana.
