The aim of this study is to evaluate data by comparing transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) and quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) methods of pancreatic cancer cells grown in 2D and 3D- culture environments. Overall design: Patient derived pancreatic cancer cells were cultured in 2D or 3D printing conditions for 6 days.
