大生产钢卷关键使用性能基础数据

本数据集主要是针对已经批量化大生产的钢卷进行关键使用性能测试产生的数据，包括基本力学性能、成形性能、回弹预测及评价、边部成形性能以及焊接性能数据，包含的数据项有：001-静态拉伸试验数据、002-循环加-卸载试验数据、003-双向拉伸试验数据、04-循环拉-压试验数据、005-成形极限测试数据、006/007/008-QP980相变行为/力学行为/回弹行为测试数据、009-QP980成形仿真模型、010-冲裁工艺参数对断面质量的影响试验数据、011-切割工艺方案对断裂应变的影响试验数据、012-切割工艺对扩孔率的影响试验数据、013-切割工艺对翻边性能的影响规律试验数据、014-点焊LME裂纹分布形态及组织表征、015-不同激光焊接参数下的接头成形、组织与性能数据、016-不同CMT弧焊参数下接头的成形、组织与性能数据。
共计16组数据，分列不同的文件夹下，约92个数据文件，总数据量82Mb，数据格式有xlsx、opj、df、doc、tif、jpg等。

This dataset consists of data generated from critical service performance tests on mass-produced steel coils. The included data covers basic mechanical properties, formability, springback prediction and evaluation, edge formability, and weldability-related test data. The specific data items are listed below:
001 - Static tensile test data; 002 - Cyclic loading-unloading test data; 003 - Biaxial tensile test data; 04 - Cyclic tension-compression test data; 005 - Forming limit test data; 006/007/008 - QP980 phase transformation behavior, mechanical behavior and springback behavior test data; 009 - QP980 forming simulation model; 010 - Test data on the effect of blanking process parameters on section quality; 011 - Test data on the effect of cutting process schemes on fracture strain; 012 - Test data on the effect of cutting process on hole expansion ratio; 013 - Test data on the influence law of cutting process on flanging performance; 014 - Distribution morphology and microstructure characterization of spot welding LME (Liquid Metal Embrittlement) cracks; 015 - Joint forming, microstructure and property data under different laser welding parameters; 016 - Joint forming, microstructure and property data under different CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) arc welding parameters.
In total, there are 16 groups of data stored in separate folders, with approximately 92 data files and a total data size of 82 Mb. The data formats include xlsx, opj, df, doc, tif, jpg, and other common formats.
