本数据通收集数字线划地形图、数字正射影像，比对发现变化区域，并利用收集的数据更新变化区域电子地图要素，根据设计的要素图层和地图符号等，进行地图编制，缓存切片后最终形成福州市18-19级矢量电子地图切片成果库，包括境界与区划、水系、居民地、交通、植被、兴趣点、影像。可以快速提供反映福州市域直观形象的自然地理及社会经济等多方面信息，在优化资源配置，增强综合实力，实施有效的城乡建设和管理等方面，为各级政府制定和调整相关措施提供依据。通过挖掘空间数据，还可以获得新的信息和知识，从而有助于提高政府决策的科学性和时效性。

This dataset collects Digital Line Graphic (DLG) maps and Digital Orthophoto Map (DOM) imagery, identifies changed regions through comparison, and updates the electronic map features in these changed regions using the collected data. It compiles maps in accordance with pre-designed feature layers and map symbols, and after tile caching, finally forms the Fuzhou City vector electronic map tile achievement database with zoom levels 18 to 19, which includes boundaries and administrative divisions, water systems, residential areas, transportation, vegetation, Points of Interest (POIs), and imagery. It can quickly provide comprehensive, intuitive and visual information covering physical geography, social economy and other aspects of the Fuzhou metropolitan area. It serves as a basis for governments at all levels to formulate and adjust relevant measures in optimizing resource allocation, enhancing comprehensive strength, and implementing effective urban and rural construction and management. By mining spatial data, new information and knowledge can be acquired, which helps to improve the scientific nature and timeliness of government decision-making.
