Alignment of mitochondrial genomes of subfamily Ennominae (Lepidoptera)： We downloaded all the mitochondrial genomes of subfamily Ennominae and that of Iotaphora admirabilis (Geometridae: Geometrinae) used as outgroup. We rearranged the abnormal mitochondrial genomes into unified arrangements with the first nucleotide of tRNA-Met as the start position, aligned all mitochondrial genomes using MAFFT7.505 with L-INS-I method, and get rid of eight shortage incomplete genome sequences.
