These data are records of flower density, native bee abundance and honey bee abundance collected in 2016 & 2017. For bees, we present the number of individuals observed visiting flowers in 1 m2 over 10 minutes (See methods Nicholson et al. 2020 Ecological Applications or Nicholson et al. 2017 Agriculture, Ecosystems & the Environment). For flowers we present the number of flowers recorded on each day in the same 1 m2 observation square.
These data were collected on two crop types (blueberry and raspberry) and on raspberry farms with and without earlier blooming blueberry in Vermont, USA. The presence or absence of earlier blooming blueberry is also denoted
