资源简介:
Dendritic cells express the transcriptional repressor Bcl6, but its role in the development and function within the dendritic cell (DC) compartment has been heavily debated. Our data reveal that despite broad changes in phenotype, the cDC1 and cDC2 lineages are generally maintained in mice lacking Bcl6 in DCs. Absence of Bcl6 however significantly changes the transcriptional profile of both cDC1 and cDC2. Overall design: Bulk RNA sequencing of murine spleen dendritic cells (cDC1 and cDC2) from WT, XCR1.Cre Bcl6.KO and CD11c.Cre Bcl6.KO mice (heterozygous cre, homozygous floxed).
