This dataset is constructed by collecting data including patent applicants, legal status, technical subject classification, number of simple patent family members and other relevant data in the field of clay stabilizers. It mainly covers data on invention patents and utility model patents related to clay stabilizers from the global patent database. The workflow includes screening out patent data in the clay stabilizer direction using the keyword "clay stabilizer", then evaluating and classifying the patent data via self-developed algorithms. This dataset can be used to track changes in clay stabilizer patent data, facilitating the understanding of achievements in intellectual property work related to clay stabilizers; comparing the clay stabilizer patent data across different enterprises or individuals enables the identification of disparities in their technological innovation capabilities and levels; understanding the technological development trends of clay stabilizers helps enterprises avoid redundant R&D and prevent their developed technologies from infringing third-party intellectual property rights. 1. Data Source: Data on invention patents and utility model patents related to "clay stabilizer" from the global patent database. 2. Data Collection: The target layer of this dataset is patent technology relevance. The indicator layer divides the patent technology relevance evaluation system into five value dimensions: market, technology, law, strategy and economy. The indicator layer is further broken down into criterion layers as follows: - Technical value: number of IPC classifications, number of cited patents, years since authorization - Economic value: remaining valid years, number of patent pledges - Legal value: number of patent claims, number of pages of the patent document - Strategic value: number of inventors, number of simple patent family members - Market value: number of technical subject classifications, patent type, whether the patent belongs to strategic emerging industries 3. Data Analysis: This dataset adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. The technical relevance is classified into three levels from high to low: Level A (high relevance), Level B (general relevance) and Level C (relatively low relevance). The comprehensive scoring criteria are specified as: - Level A: Strategic value ≥ 50 points, Economic value ≥ 20 points, Market value ≥ 50 points, Legal value ≥ 60 points, Technical value ≥ 30 points - Level B: Strategic value ranges from 40 to 50 points (excluding 50), Economic value ≥ 20 points, Market value ≥ 30 points, Legal value ≥ 70 points, Technical value ≥ 30 points - Level C: All remaining cases that do not meet the above criteria for Level A and Level B 4. Data Application: It provides R&D decision-making basis and priority reference for technology infringement avoidance for technical personnel in the clay stabilizer field.
